In light of the recent trend toward the widespread use of ChatGPT and other generative AI, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation will start using ChatMee, a service provided by AVILEN, in order to improve operational efficiency and further enhance customer value.

Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking will use ChatMee to maintain a secure environment in which information is not leaked outside the bank, and will research methods of using generative AI in various business processes, such as responding to inquiries about internal procedures and supporting the preparation of customer proposal materials. We will also integrate AI technology into a wider range of services and operations with the highest priority on security regarding customer information, aiming to improve operational efficiency and provide high-quality services.
