Overview

AVILEN, Inc. (Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director Kotaro Takahashi; hereinafter referred to as "AVILEN") is Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director Iwao Nagashima). ) / hereinafter referred to as “Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking”), we have concluded a capital and business alliance agreement.

Background to the capital alliance

AVILEN and Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking have collaborated on AI-related development and human resource development since the founding of AVILEN, and concluded a business alliance in April 2021.

Since the conclusion of the business alliance, collaboration has been realized not only with Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking, but also with Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. and its group companies (hereafter referred to as "MUFG Group"), such as holding the "MUFG Data Science Competition". In addition, in response to the start of external sales of AI data analysis tool "AI Seed" for business users jointly developed with Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking and Mitsubishi UFJ Trust System Co., Ltd. We have reached an agreement to further strengthen the utilization of DX and AI by Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking, and by extension, Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking's customers, leading to this capital and business alliance agreement.

Overview of the capital and business alliance and specific initiatives

(1) AVILEN's self-developed AI engine Utilization of experts such as data scientists, and cooperation in AI-related development
✔ Support for planning, development, and operation of AI-related development projects
✔ Support for planning and development of new AI-related services and products

(2) Utilization of AVILEN's DX/AI human resource development content
✔  Utilizing AVILEN's DX/AI human resource development content, carry out a human resource portfolio plan formulated according to management strategy and business strategy, and support the development of DX/AI human resources

(3) Utilize AI services and AI products such as AI Seed owned by AVILEN
✔ Promote utilization and sales of AI services and AI products such as AI Seed owned by AVILEN to Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking Corporation and Mitsubishi UFJ Trust and Banking customers.
