AVILEN Corporation (President: I-Ming Choi) has relocated its headquarters office to the address below, effective Monday, December 23, 2019, due to business expansion. The new office is divided into two floors: an office room (on the 4th floor of Ginza Square) where data scientists who promote numerous AI projects work, and a data science studio (on the 3rd floor of the same building) where AI and machine learning personnel are trained. Based on our philosophy of "bringing the latest technology to as many people as possible," we will strive to further expand our business.

Purpose of the office relocation

The previous office had 7 employees, but now has 13 employees and nearly 70 support staff (including part-timers and outsourced workers). In addition, the lecture room where AI training is conducted and the office room, which were separated, have been integrated. In addition to the synergistic effects between the businesses, this will allow us to increase dialogue with our clients and focus on providing solutions that meet their needs.

Features and Facilities of the New Office

Since each person at AVILEN is involved in multiple AI projects, the scope of work is broad, and the employees work with different levels of concentration and interaction. Therefore, the design was implemented to divide the space into a personal space for concentration and a community space for free dialogue.

The space is divided into three areas to maximize work efficiency: an office space for comfortable work, a counter space for a change of pace or casual conversation, and a meeting space for focused meetings.

Data Science Studio 3F

The space for lectures is designed to be wide enough to allow lecturers to freely look around at students, creating a more live-action atmosphere. We also have a dedicated studio for filming lectures, and will focus on developing higher quality online learning content.

We will continue to hold AI and machine learning lectures and continue to provide a place where more people can learn AI and the latest technologies.
