AVILEN Raises Investment Ratio from Japan Post Capital, etc.

AVILEN Corporation(Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Kotaro Takahashi, President; hereinafter "AVILEN") announces that Japan Post Capital Corporation (Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Toshiya Maruta, President; hereinafter "Japan Post Capital") has increased its stake in the Company through a share transfer from existing shareholders, in order to further accelerate collaboration with the Japan Post Group.

Summary

Since its establishment in 2018, AVILEN has been supporting AI-driven DX promotion through the development and implementation of AI software using machine learning algorithms such as deep learning for more than 530 companies, mainly listed companies, under the vision of "bringing the latest technology to as many people as possible". We are supporting the promotion of AI-driven DX through the development and implementation of AI software using machine learning algorithms such as deep learning.

NYK Capital actively invests in startup companies with high growth potential that can solve social issues by leveraging the NYK Group's network.

Since last year's capital and business alliance, AVILEN and the Japan Post Group have been working together to promote the digital transformation ("DX") that the Japan Post Group has been working on as a whole, and have established an organizational development program to improve DX literacy, together with JP Digital Corporation (*1) ("JP Digital"), a specialized unit in the DX domain.
