AVILEN and Airtrip form a strategic partnership - Collaboration in the use of AI, including generative AI, in the Airtrip economic zone.
(Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Kotaro Takahashi, President; hereinafter "AVILEN") announces that Airtrip Corporation (Minato-ku, Tokyo; Yusuke Shibata, President; hereinafter "Airtrip") has become a shareholder of the Company through a share transfer from an existing shareholder and has entered into a strategic partnership. This partnership will create a new generation of business in the travel industry. Through this partnership, the two companies will strengthen their collaboration in the use of AI, including generative AI in the travel industry, and aim to achieve discontinuous growth for AVILEN and Airtrip.
Since its inception in 2018, AVILEN has been developing and implementing AI software utilizing AVILEN AI, our proprietary technology core module including generative AI, under the vision of "the latest technology to the many," as well as providing AI-driven build-up packages ( We have provided AI/DX organization building support to more than 530 companies (*1), including pre-DX-Ready clients.
Listed on the prime market, Airtrip is promoting diversified business development that is not limited to the travel industry, and is strategically strengthening the Airtrip economic sphere.
